Day 1 in Melbourne
Our very first destination: Shrine of Remembrance
I can't remember the name of this garden :(
After spending some time at these picturous places, we headed for Smith Street to do some shopping. Mum is crazy about Adidas and Nike and so the factory outlets there suited her just fine. Both Mum and Dad bought a pair of running shoes each. Nice.
It was dinner time by the time we got back to city. Dad wanted to try the porridge at Supper Inn, Chinatown but it was packed to the brim :( Alternative:
Some Hong Kong restaurant which I can't remember the name. Yummylicious roast duck and pork and broiled soup though! :)
Took a walk down to SouthBank after dinner:) It's real pretty there at night.
And of cause to check out Crown Casino and its fire display.
