it has been a while

life's a warm fuzzy wonderland because of him
everyday's a whirl of euphoria, happiness and satisfaction
thoughts of him brings lill smiles and tiny flutters of the heart

because once in a while the past creeps back and haunts me
i'm reminded of the pain the tears and the heartbreaks

the scars remain, reminding me how all things shiny and pretty
seem to fade with time for others

i am afraid, so i doubt

i cant seem to uproot the doubt totally for now

hmmm.

the past week

it was a long drive out to wilsons prom national park but the squeaky beach made up for it. the sand squeaks when u stomp on it! sounds just like sneakers gliding across a polished floor micheal jackson style. i was very much entertained by all the stomping and stamping we did :)

our last friday night drinks before all the parents arrive. giant cocktails make us happy :)

and so, just 2 more weeks before graduation! we've got honeysuckle for our discipline colour and black robes. nice :) the masters gowns came with funny long tails at the arms, which sorta trails behind where our arms stick out from the sleeves. funny stuff.

excitedness for the family to get here! :)

the first day of the month

1st of dec had been a good day :) early start to the day with release of results at 8am. and i am happy with my results, very much sooo :)) full house for the win! and so, graduation is definitely happening. yoks.

celebrations start with an awesome brekkie at sally's kitchen. egg with truffles, toast and chorizo. bacon and egg pie. skinny latte. cappuccino.

followed by shoppin :))) happinesssss.

felt like winter all over again as we stood shivering in the cold watchin the pretty burst of fireworks ahead.

then to bani's for an indian feast!

and the 4 girls continued through the night, pjs and all, screaming our lungs out to random songs. 3am scrabble, where clara and i decided we need to read dictionary for leisure.

clara left for singapore today. it's just me in the house now. saded. i miss having everyone around :(
